The Results of the Olympiad on the English Language "Olimpus" Autumn Session 2013

Twelve of my pupils (Forms 5A and 5G) participated in the Olympiad on the English language "Olimpus Autumn Session 2013" held by the Institute of the Development of School Education - 08.11.2013

Denis Shalamay (Form 5G) got the diploma of a prize-winner!

An All-Ukrainian Contest of Video Projects on the English Language for Students of Forms 8 – 10 "Learning English: Technology from A to Z"

Three students of Forms 8 A and 8 B took part in the All-Ukrainian Contest of Video Projects on the English Language for Students of Forms 8 – 10  "Learning English: Technology from A to Z" with their own video projects (01.04 - 15.11.2013).

 

There were 90 projects from six Ukrainian cities. Seventeen  video-projects were chosen as the best presentations.

Mikhail Marusyak (8B) got the certificate of one of the  winners in the category “The Best Individual Presentations"

The Fourth All-Ukrainian Competition on the English Language “Greenwich - 2013”

On the 17^th of December 2013, the IV  All-Ukrainian Competition on the English Language “Greenwich – 2013” was held. 

Eighteen of my students (Forms 3V, 5A and 5G) took part in it. We hope there will be some winners!

A Day in the Life of Ukraine 4! December, 1st, 2013

Get involved!

If you are in Ukraine on December 1st, 2013 you are invited to participate. Ukrainians, foreign citizens, children, adults… all are welcome!

1. On December 1, 2013, write a piece that shares your experience of that day. The writing must be in English, true, and your original work. However, this piece of writing may take any form– an essay, a poem, a letter, whatever.
2. Submit your piece by December 7th, following the SPECIFICS instructions below, to adayinthelifeofukraine@gmail.com.
3. The best pieces will be published and shared, and authors will receive electronic certificates.

SPECIFICS:
A. Submit your typed work in the body of an email [copy and paste]. Please do not send scanned copies or separate files.
B. Before your piece of writing, please include the following information:

C. If you wish, you have the opportunity to include one photo as an attached file. We’re not sure if we will be able to include all of these pictures online, but if so, we will try!

A City Contest for Students of Forms 8-10 "Modern Technologies at the English Lessons"

Three students of Forms 8 A and 8 B took part in the City Contest for Students of Forms 8-10 "Modern Technologies at the English Lessons" with their own video projects (10.09 - 18.10.2013).

Mikhail Marusyak (8B) got the certificate of the  IV place.
