Олімпіада “Квести І Тести” – 05.05.2023

Seven of my students of Forms 7G and 6V took part in the Olympiad on the English language "Quests and Tests" – 05.05.23

Olexii Ufimtsev (Form 7G) became one of the winners of the 1^st round of the Olympiad 

 

and got the 5^th place of the 2^nd round of the Olympiad.

                            Well-done!

   

Олімпіада “Квести І Тести” – 05.05.2023

КІТ спільно з Центром професійного розвитку педагогічних працівників м. Львова, за сприяння Управління освіти Департаменту гуманітарної політики Львівської міської ради організовує два типи олімпіад вже цієї весни. 

Для учнів 4, 5, 6-их класів кращими педагогами України готуються комплексні завдання на олімпіаду-мультитест, в яку будуть включені питання з української мови, англійської мови, логіко-математичний блок, природи, мистецтва та інформатики.

Для учнів 7, 8, 9, 10-их класів готуються нові та цікаві завдання з предмету “Англійська мова”.

Реєстрація учасників на цю олімпіаду закінчиться 5 травня 2023 року о 08:00 годині.

Вартість участі в олімпіаді – 99 грн.

І етап – онлайн 5 травня 2023 року (пройти тестування можна в часовому проміжку між 9:00 та 21:00 год. за київським часом). За результатами І етапу олімпіади по 10 учасників з кожної паралелі 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10-их класів, які дали максимальну кількість правильних відповідей у найкоротший термін, будуть запрошені до участі в ІІ етапі.

ІІ етап – офлайн відбудеться 13 травня 2023 року у святковій атмосфері в м. Львів, яку КІТ організовує для фіналістів. У безпечному просторі на тебе чекатимуть цікаві завдання й одна з нагород. Яка саме? Залежить від тебе.

How would you spread wellbeing around the world?

You are wellbeing superhero

In groups of 2-4 students, imagine you are wellbeing superheroes. Using your positive powers for good design a poster showing what activities you would to:

-          Connect

-          Be active

-          Keep learning

-          Give to others

Your entry can be hand drawn, produced on a computer, or you can use your own original photos. You can choose to create either a digital or print project, but the photograph that you upload of your project must be legible

What will you invent?

The Project Competition is back, and this year we're asking students what they would invent to make the world a better place.

We'd like students to imagine that they have unlimited budget and can invent anything that will help with one of these important global issues: climate action or improving health and wellbeing. What will they invent and how will it help?

Your task

For the Project Competition 2022, in a group of (2 to 4 students) we'd like you to imagine you can invent anything that will make the world a better place and will help with one of these important global issues: climate action or improving health and wellbeing.

Your project should address the following four questions:

1. What problem do you want to solve?
   • Climate action OR health and wellbeing 
   
2. Why is this problem important?
3. What is your invention?
4. How will your invention help?

Your entry can be hand drawn, produced on a computer, or you can use your own original photos. You can choose to create either a digital or print project, but the photograph that you upload of your project must be legible.

Opens: Monday 1st November 2021 | Closes: Thursday 31st March 2022

How to enter

Who can enter? Any teacher who teaches students age 10 – 17 can take part in the Project competition.

1. Tell us which problem you want to solve: Climate action OR improving health and wellbeing.
2. Explain why this problem is important.
3. Describe your proposed invention.
4. Explain how your invention will help solve the problem.
5. Make sure your project is your own original work and does not copy anyone else's work (e.g. no images copied from the internet).
6. If you use photos or drawings of real people, make sure you submit a completed model release form for each person that appears.
7. Make sure the text in your project is legible.
8. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
9. Submit your entry online.
